Confirmation call
To ensure your dining experience meets your expectations, we will reach
out to you by phone three days prior to your reservation. During this
call we confirm any occasions you wish to celebrate and inquire about
dietary restrictions or preferences.

Allergies & dietary restrictions
We do our best to accommodate, but our small kitchen may not be able to
guarantee zero cross-contamination. We are not able to cater to nuts,
shellfish, dairy/eggs, soybeans, or vegetarian/vegan preferences. For
severe allergies, please contact us by email before booking.

Children under 12
Children under twelve years of age are welcomed for private party
reservations only.

Party size
Reservations are accepted for parties of two or more. For single diners
or parties of five or more, kindly contact the restaurant directly.

Same course
All guests in a party must select the same course.
At the Counter
Dining Etiquette

Arrival
Please make every effort to arrive on time. If a delay is unavoidable,
kindly inform us in advance. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late
may not receive the full course, and will still be charged in full.

Fragrance & phones
Please refrain from strong perfumes or colognes, and switch mobile
devices to silent during the meal. If you must take a call, please use
the designated waiting area.
- Outside food & drinkKindly not permitted in the restaurant.

Gratuity
20% gratuity is automatically added to your final bill.

Corkage
Corkage for sake is not accepted. Wine and champagne corkage depends on
bottle size — a 750ml bottle is $200.
Cancellation
Changes & Cancellations

48 hours or more in advance
Cancel, reschedule or transfer your reservation without any charge.

Within 48 hours
The full cost of the course per person, plus applicable taxes, will be
charged.

No-show
Guests who do not arrive will be charged the full cost of the course
per person, plus applicable taxes.

How to change
For all cancellations, rescheduling or transfers, please contact us by
email. Due to call volume, we are unable to process changes by phone.
