The heart of Japanese Cuisine lies in the soup (dashi broth), a true test of the chef’s skill. We craft the dashi broth with Hokkaido Kombu and freshly shave Kagoshima Prefecture dried bonito right before your eyes. Immerse yourself in the exquisite flavours and alluring aromas.

COOKING UTENSIL

TEMPURA DEEP FRYING POT

We have commissioned the last gunmetal pot production studio in Japan to manufacture it. Gunmetal, an alloy of copper and tin, has high thermal conductivity and high heat storage, making it the best pot that perfectly matches the characteristics of tempura.

 

COPPER HAGAMA POT

The copper Hagama, which was made by a master craftsman in Kyoto, has high heat conductivity, making it possible to cook in a short time with a small amount of water. As a result, the rice will have a luster, firmness, fragrance, and sweetness that you have never experienced before.
