※In consideration of the presence of buckwheat in our fall menu, we kindly request that customers with buckwheat allergies refrain from dining at our restaurant. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

※We are pleased to accept reservations for parties of two (2) or more. For reservations for single diners or groups of five (5) or more, kindly contact the restaurant directly.

RESERVATION POLICY

Confirmation call:
To ensure your dining experience meets your expectations, we will reach out to you via phone three (3) days prior to your reservation date. During this call, we will confirm any special occasions you plan to celebrate and inquire about any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have. If you have specific requests, please take this opportunity to inform our staff. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your visit memorable.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions to the best of our abilities; however, there are certain allergies and restrictions we may not be able to cater to. These include nuts, seafood/shellfish, dairy/eggs, soybeans, vegetarian/vegan preferences, and aversions to raw meat or seafood. If you have severe allergies please contact us via email before making a reservation. While we will make every effort to meet your needs, please understand that our small kitchen size may limit our ability to guarantee zero cross-contamination for severe allergies. Consequently, we may be unable to serve guests with allergies that could be triggered by cross-contamination.

Children Under 12 Years of Age:
Children under 12 years old are only allowed for private party reservations.

•Kindly observe a business casual dress code

• Please make every effort to arrive on time for your reservation. If you anticipate a delay, kindly inform us in advance. Please note that we may not be able to serve the full course if you are more than 30 minutes late. In such cases, you will still be charged the full course amount, including taxes.

• We kindly request that you avoid the use of strong perfumes or colognes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in order to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all of our guests,

• Please switch your mobile devices to silent mode during your meal. If you need to make phone calls, please use the designated waiting area.

• Kindly refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the restaurant.

• 20 % gratuity will be automatically added to your final bill.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Transfer Policy:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling 48 Hours or More in Advance:
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or transfer your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, you can do so without incurring any charges or fees.

• Cancellation Within 48 Hours of the Reservation:
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the full cost of the course per person, plus applicable taxes, will be charged.

• No-Show Guests:
Guests who do not show up their reservation will be subject to a charge equal to the full cost of the course per person, plus applicable taxes.

For all cancellation, rescheduling, or transfer requests, please contact us via email. We are here to assist you with your requests. Due to an overwhelming volume of phone calls, we regret to inform you that we cannot process reservation changes over the phone.
